Hi
I have an I-Roast and have used it for 2 years but still have no more control than the popper I started on
the themostat does not give me the Variation I hoped
and I still need to be on hand to stop it. I thought this may be because it was originally designed for US power not Aust. @ 240v.

I have been home roasting for five years with most of the low cost hot air poppers, Nesco roaster failed for the second time. What is available to do home roasting with geting the best flavour from the beans?

Thank you
